Do I need a card to start?
No. Creating an account and starting with one active pet on Free does not require payment details. You choose whether to buy a paid plan.
What is free and what needs a paid plan?
Free covers one active pet's core records, care reminders and Care Circle, plus Food Safety Checker. Paid plans add more active pets and premium features: photo and document uploads, printable vet reports, ownership transfers and AI care guidance. Account data-export requests and deletion controls do not require an upgrade.
Is there an annual plan or an introductory discount?
The published plans are billed monthly. There is no annual price or annual discount advertised here. Any early-adopter entitlement already granted to your account is shown in Billing & subscription; this page does not promise that a founding place is still available.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Cancel a web subscription through Billing & subscription and the Stripe customer portal, or manage a mobile subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to buy it. Check that provider's renewal date and terms. Deleting TUPA does not cancel store billing.
Are these the prices in the mobile app?
The prices on this page are the standard UK web prices in GBP, billed monthly. App Store and Google Play prices can vary by country and currency. The checkout or store purchase sheet shows the price and renewal terms before you confirm.
