Start with the essentials
Everyday pet care, useful finds and people who understand.
Add your pet with a name and species. Breed and birthday are optional. You can add microchip, insurance and further care details later.
Care, useful finds and other pet owners
One place for more of life with your pets.
Keep the right details with every pet
A tortoise's weight log and a rabbit's care dates belong to different pets.
Give each pet a profile and switch between them. TUPA supports dogs, cats, tortoises, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, hamsters, ferrets, snakes, lizards, horses, ponies and other pets. Start with a name and species; add more when useful.
Find the record before the vet visit
The vaccination card is in a drawer. The last medication update is in a message.
Keep vet visits, vaccination dates and medication details with the right pet. Open that pet's history when you need it, instead of searching through old messages.
See which care job is due next
Different pets have different doses, appointments and flea or worming dates.
Add a care reminder with a due date. Check upcoming and completed tasks in TUPA, with notifications for the care you have scheduled.
Give your pet sitter or dog walker the information they need
A handover means sending the same feeding instructions and care details again.
Invite your partner, family, pet sitter or dog walker to a pet's Care Circle. Choose read-only viewer access or an editor who can update care information. Each person uses their own account; the owner controls invitations and roles.
Follow your pet's weight over time
One weight measurement tells you little about what has changed.
Log weight and growth measurements against the right pet, then look back at the history and charts. A tortoise's progress can stay separate from the dog's weigh-ins.
Check a food before you share it
A snack that suits one species may be unsuitable for another.
Use the Food Checker with your pet's species and the food you want to check. Follow the safety guidance and contact your vet about suspected poisoning or illness. Food Safety Checker is always free.
Get help with an everyday care question
You want to understand care information and prepare better questions for your vet.
AI care guidance can help explain general care topics and the context you choose to provide. It is a premium feature, cannot diagnose or prescribe, and does not replace veterinary advice or emergency care.
Read care information for your pet's breed
General advice can miss the needs of the pet in front of you.
Explore breed information and care guidance from your pet's care workspace. Use it to learn more about care and suitability, alongside professional advice when needed.
Find useful supplies and toys for your pets
A page of dog products is little help when you are shopping for a rabbit or tortoise.
Discover groups products and partner recommendations by species and category. Browse food, supplies and enrichment, and save regular purchases for next time. Retailer links open the seller's site; purchases are made there. Some links are affiliate links, which are labelled in the app.
Keep a conversation with another owner going
A useful conversation should be easy to return to.
Use TUPA's messages to talk with other members. Messages are a conversation, while Care Circle manages access to a pet's care information.
Find a breed that fits your life
Before adding a pet to your household, you want to understand what its care could involve.
Use Find a breed to explore options around species, experience, living space and preferences. Read the breed information and consider the care commitment before deciding.
Take a useful care summary to an appointment
You need a clear summary without searching through every record.
Pet Passport brings selected care information together for an owner-controlled view or share. Printable vet reports are a premium feature. The owner chooses what is shared; a public share link has an expiry.
Photo and document uploads, printable reports, ownership transfers and AI care guidance need a paid plan. See what is free and paid.

Before you get started
What is free and what needs a paid plan?
Free covers one active pet's core records, care reminders and Care Circle, plus Food Safety Checker. Paid plans add more active pets and premium features: photo and document uploads, printable vet reports, ownership transfers and AI care guidance. Account data-export requests and deletion controls do not require an upgrade.
What can each Care Circle role see or change?
A viewer can read the shared pet information. An editor can also update pet details, health, growth, reminders and records. Only the owner manages invitations and roles, transfers ownership or deletes the pet. You can remove access, but cannot take back a copy someone has already saved.
How much setup is there before I can use TUPA?
Create your account, then add your pet with a name and species. Breed and birthday are optional at creation. You can add a reminder or record next, and leave microchip, insurance and other details until you need them. There is no long pet profile to complete first.
Will my family or pet sitter need their own account?
Yes. Invite them to the pet's Care Circle and they accept with their own TUPA account. They can use the web, iPhone or Android app. Start with one pet and the information they actually need; you do not have to move every note at once.
Why use TUPA alongside my calendar?
A calendar keeps dates. TUPA keeps a reminder with the right pet's records, weight history and shared care information. You can keep using your calendar; TUPA does not require a calendar migration or promise an automatic calendar sync.
