Manual deletion request

You can also request account and data deletion without using the app by emailing privacy@tupa.pet or support@tupa.pet.

Suggested subject:

TUPA account deletion request

Please include

The email address on your TUPA account
A clear confirmation that you want your account and personal data deleted
Any details that help us verify the correct account if you no longer have app access

Response time: Within 5 business days
Identity verification: We may ask for additional confirmation before deleting an account
Deletion timeframe: Once verified, account and associated TUPA data are removed within 30 days
Retention note: Limited billing or compliance records may be retained only where required by law

How to delete your account

You can permanently delete your TUPA account and all associated data directly from within the app if you prefer a self-service option.

⚠️ This action is permanent.

Deleting your account will permanently remove your profile, all pets, photos, health records, posts, messages, and any other data. This cannot be undone.

Steps to delete your account in the app

Open the TUPA app

Sign in if you are not already logged in.

Go to the "You" tab

Tap the person icon in the bottom navigation bar.

Tap "Export or delete my data"

This is in the Privacy & data section.

Scroll to "Delete My Account"

Tap the Delete My Account button near the bottom of the page.

Confirm deletion

Type DELETE in the confirmation box, then tap Permanently delete my account.

What data is deleted

Your account profile (name, email, profile picture)
All pets and their health records, photos, and growth data
Posts, comments, and community content you have shared
Direct messages
Reminders and notifications
AI chat history and food checker history
Subscription and billing records (Stripe subscription cancelled)
All other personal data associated with your account

ℹ️ GDPR compliance

Account deletion complies with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure). Data is permanently removed within 30 days of your deletion request.

Before you delete — export your data

You can download a full export of your data before deleting. From the same Profile page, tap Export my data to receive a JSON file containing all your records.
